Container Sideload Patented Technology
Integrating lifting, handling, and transit, it facilitates the sideloading of containers and other cargos.
Middle hanger slides separately and matches front and rear hangers to handle empty or full containers of 20', 40' or other cargos. This allows our Container Sideloading Truck to be used in various capacities and provides our customers with high-efficient equipment.
Handling and stacking of containers up to 2 layers can be carried out by hanging. This enhances working efficiency and overall utilization of machine.
Only one operator is needed. The advanced operation control system allows close or remote operation.
Dual-Pump and Dual-Loop Technology
Power is provided by two separate pumps, which ensures the stability of truck when handling containers and uneven loading. The technology enhances the adaptability of our equipment and greatly improves the reliability of the overall machine.
Advanced Electric Proportional Control Technology
Controlled by compensation pressure electric proportional valve, our equipment has the function of stepless speed regulation, which makes for the smooth operation, good micro-motion performance, and precise control of the overall machine.
Wireless Remote Control Technology
Equipped with wireless remote controller, independently manufactured by SANY, our machine can control its legs and hanger within 30m. This technology provides convenience and safety for the operator.
Wireless throttle potentiometer is fitted for wireless remote control of engine throttle size and the adjustment of engine speed within 30m. The device can guarantee the stable transmission and quick response.
Intelligent Safety Protection System
Obliquity Sensor is installed for detecting working condition real-timely. Once the machine is in prematurely tilting, it will alarm automatically and lock the risk operation to ensure safe operation.
FEA, Dynamic Simulation Technology
We have designed our machine using the precise data gathered from a series of analysis, such as FEA, Kinematics and Dynamics Simulation analysis, which ensures the well-constructed structure, excellent performance, outstanding reliability and stability of the overall machine.
